Notes:
The winner and 1st alternate will be required to sign a
contract with West-Valley Distributors, the pageant promoter,
before any cash prize will be awarded. If the winner or
1st alternate does not attend and participate in the Miss
Gay USofA Pageant they must return ANY cash prize they have
received as well as any other prizes they have received.
They will also be required to pay USofA Pageants, the promoter
of the Miss Gay USofA Pageant, a $125 fine and will be placed
on the national banned list for a period of one year which
excludes them from competing in, entertaining at, participating
in or attending any USofA Pageant event for that term. If
they do not return their cash prize, crown and any other
prizes they have received, AND do not pay the $125 fine
to the national office, they will not be removed from the
national banned list until they have returned all prizes
and paid the fine to USofA Pageants. If you have any questions
